I thought I should make my first post a little about what I am trying to do here. I don't claim to be the smartest person in the world but I by far am not the dumbest either. I do try to stay informed, I watch the news, I read and I pay attention to what is going on around me. So on this Blog, which is brand new to me so bare with me, I am going to try and give some information, do a lot of griping and maybe even have a little fun.
I have to warn all of you, I DO BELIEVE IN GOD, I WAS SAVED AND BORN AGAIN THROUGH JESUS CHRIST and I am thankful everyday for the joys that he has brought into my life. I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST AND DO NOT ACCEPT HIM AS YOUR SAVIOR, YOU WILL GO TO HELL. I believe that kids should still be saying a morning prayer in school and I believe that should be followed with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag standing proud over in the corner. I believe that children should have a little more discipline and a lot less drugs to keep them under control. The drug back in my day for this was a swat across the behind, although my Granny probably should have done a lot more of that and those of you who knew me way back when can attest to that.
I honestly don't care if I offend any of you. What I say on here is the truth and if that is not something you want to hear then by all means do not read it. I welcome any and all commentary and I will try to answer any and all questions. If I don't know the answer then I will most definitely try to find the answer for you. I will not tolerate any cursing on here in your comments, the only time you will see a curse word in my post's will be if I am quoting what somebody else has said. I am hoping that my family will subscribe to this blog and have some input and the great majority of my family, I am honored to say, are Christians and would not read a bunch of nasty talk.
So, if you can live with all that and want to debate, comment, challenge or just gripe yourself then please by all means do so.

My First Rant...
I am a Republican, always have been, even though there are a few times that I haven't been real proud of it. But I have never in my life felt so ashamed of my Country, the people in it and above all, the jack*** we are calling the President. Even though I disagreed with a lot of the things that President Clinton and her husband (hehehe) did when they were in office, I still had respect for him as the President, the Commander and Chief of the greatest military and country to ever exist. But, try as I may, and God help me I have tried, I just can not make myself respect this impostor that we have in office.
Why is it that Nobody will stand up to this moron and kick him out of office. In a post on my facebook page, Keith McLeod hit it right on the head with his comment. If you say anything derogatory against Obama, you are just being prejudiced. And it started all the way back during the Presidential Campaign. For whatever reason, the media refused to expose this guy for what he is and what he stands for. Imagine for a moment how far a white candidate would get if he attended a black bashing, America(n) hating church. I wonder how far he would get in a campaign.
Did nobody pay attention to the trash that Obama’s preacher for over twenty years was spouting. The man married Obama and his wife, baptized both his daughters and then when the crap hit the fan during the campaign, Obama says that he doesn’t agree with the things Wright preaches. Excuse me, if you don’t agree with a pastor, you don’t attend his Church for more than twenty years. Here is an example of the crap that Wright was saying, Aunt Brenda, and the rest of my family, please excuse the language. It isn’t mine, it is the great (sarcasm) REV. Jeremiah Wright’s:
“The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.” (2003)

I don't know about the rest of you but I can't wait to bounce these morons we have in office out this year and in another two years get rid of the top idiot.
Just as a side note, does anyone remember when Joe Biden, our Vice President, ran for President back in 1988? He withdrew from the Primaries in 88' because a video surfaced of him plagiarizing a speech. It was not the first time he was accused of plagiarism either, he was also accused of it when he attended law school at Syracuse University College of Law which resulted in him receiving an F. Subsequently, he was allowed to retake the course. Biden also lied about graduating in the top half of his class in law school when he actually finished 76th out of 85 in his class.
I hope that this all has you guys thinking and when it comes time to vote, do a little research about who you are voting for. I will be posting in the future some links to help research these guys so that you can make an informed choice and vote for the right candidate. Don't rely on the news media and other uninformed people to make a decision. But most importantly VOTE.... YOUR CHILDREN AND MINE DEPEND ON US.
